New Engine
The new Type 1 Engine  cab and chassis is now is service at Station 1. See pictures of the engine below.

BLM/Forest Service Surplus Units
We are working closely with the BLM to acquire a Type 4 Engine from among their surplus units. It is our desire to find a unit that will still have economic life without having to pay new prices.  In addition we have obtained Type 6 Engine bodies from the Forest Service. One of these Type 6 bodies has been fitted on a District vehicle and is now in service at Station 7. We anticipate building a stronger capability to respond to wildland incidents with these acquisitions. See pictures of this unit below.
